WHAT WE DO

WHAT IS DTF?

Direct-to-Film (DTF) printing is an advanced technique that prints full-color designs onto special PET film, which can then be heat transferred onto fabrics such as cotton, polyester, silk, denim, lycra, and blends.

DTF Printing Process

Your artwork is printed onto a coated PET film using professional RIP software for a sharp, high-resolution output.

While the ink is still wet, a hot-melt adhesive powder is evenly applied to the printed film. Automated shakers remove excess powder, ensuring uniform coverage.

The film passes through a curing oven at approximately 130°C for 2-3 minutes, allowing the adhesive powder to bond with the ink.

The cured film is heat pressed onto your garment at 150-160°C for around 10 seconds, bonding the design to the fabric.

For maximum durability and wash resistance, re-press the garment for 5-8 seconds after peeling the film.
